Day 5 Photos

For Rachel: a picture of the Boudica monument.

The dashing author of the blog standing beside a telephone box. However, British telephone boxes don't just make calls; the things are full-on multimedia centers and can check emails and send texts as well.
The Cenotaph. The inscription, chosen by Kipling, reads The Glorious Dead.
This was taken at the Notting Hill festival. This guy apparently didn't get the memo that it was a Caribbean festival.
Michael Flatley has nothing on this dude; he was the real Lord of the Dance and led at least a thousand people in a rave on the street of Kensington while clouds of marijuana and jerk chicken smoke drifted across the sky. He was also totally unintelligible.

  3. Great photo of you. Great peekshur of Boudicca's statue. It's nice that they included her two daughters, who Tacitus never named.

    Love you!
